Workforce health, taken seriously

MeridianWork is built on a simple position: a healthy workforce is the most underused competitive advantage in modern business.

Why I built MeridianWork

Why I built MeridianWork

Man taking a selfie at a cluttered desk with two monitors, a MacBook, a microphone, and a RØDE speaker, pointing to the screen on the right, smiling, with whiteboards in the background.

Ten years of coaching high performers taught me four things that companies keep getting wrong.

They treat wellness as a soft benefit rather than a business lever. They confuse activity with impact. Step challenges, gym discounts, mindfulness apps. Busy, but not effective. They never measure what actually matters. And the data, when it exists at all, never reaches the people who could do something with it.

I watched this play out with client after client. Talented people falling apart quietly while their employers ran another wellness campaign and called it done.

I knew coaching one person at a time wasn't going to fix it. Software could reach everyone. And the reporting layer, real workforce health intelligence delivered to leadership, nobody was building that. That was the gap I couldn't stop thinking about.

So alongside my coaching work, I started building.

MeridianWork gives every employee a daily wellness platform built around data that actually predicts performance, burnout, and attrition. But the part that changes everything for a business is the reporting.

For the first time, leadership can see how their workforce is actually doing. Not a snapshot from an annual survey that's out of date the moment it's published. Live data. Burnout risk trends across teams and departments. Sleep and recovery patterns. Stress signals. Engagement. The early warning signs that, right now, nobody is seeing until it's too late and someone is already out the door or signed off sick.

The companies that get access to this kind of intelligence first will have an advantage that's very hard to close.

We're looking for a small number of companies to test it before the public launch. If you lead a team and you believe workforce health belongs on the same agenda as revenue and retention, I'd like to talk.

WHAT WE BELIEVE

The four principles MeridianWork is built on

Same platform for everyone

The warehouse, the shop floor, the desk, and the boardroom. Same tools, same coaching, and the same access. Wellness as a perk for the C-suite isn't wellness. It's PR.

Patterns, not people

The reporting layer is anonymised by design. Team-level data only, minimum cohort of five, no individual ever identifiable to leadership.

Daily habits change outcomes

A wellness platform that employees open once a month does nothing, but one they return to every day changes how they sleep, eat, move and recover.

A smartphone displaying a health or fitness app with a 78% progress indicator labeled 'STRONG.' Surrounding the phone are icons representing night (moon), exercise (dumbbell), healthy food (bowl of greens), relaxation (lotus flower), and sleep. The background is dark with a wave pattern and the phone is on a round pedestal.

WHAT WE BELIEVE

The four principles MeridianWork is built on

Prevent, don't react

The cheapest and most effective time to fix a workforce health problem is before it becomes one. Every part of MeridianWork is built to catch issues early, not patch them late

FOR EMPLOYEES

The daily wellness platform every employee actually returns to.

Movement, recovery, fuel, mind, and six specialist AI coaches working across all of it. Built to be used every day, not bookmarked and forgotten.

FOR LEADERSHIP

The live intelligence layer companies have never had.

Anonymised, team-level reporting that shows where the workforce is thriving and where it's quietly breaking. Built on the same daily signal that the employee experience generates.

The same daily signal powers both sides. Every habit logged makes the platform smarter. Every report becomes more accurate.

PRIVACY & TRUST

Built so leadership sees patterns, never people

No employee using MeridianWork ever has their individual data visible to leadership. The reporting layer is anonymised at every level, by architecture, not policy. Here is exactly how that works.

PRIVACY & TRUST

Built so leadership sees patterns, never people

No employee using MeridianWork ever has their individual data visible to leadership. The reporting layer is anonymised at every level, by architecture, not policy. Here is exactly how that works.

1.

Team-level only

Reports are built from aggregated data across a team. No employee appears as an individual at any point.

2.

Minimum cohort of 5

No team smaller than five employees ever appears in a report. Smaller teams are rolled up into the next group

Anonymised by design

3.

Anonymisation isn't a setting that can be turned off. Employee data flows one way, never back.

No CHRO, no manager, no executive ever sees an individual employee's data. Not by policy. By design.
